Staff was friendly and ready to help with any needs. Everyone is welcoming. Hotel is perfectly located near esplanade, kuranda scenic railways and ocean fleet terminal. Highly recommend.

Good comfortable clean accommodation for a reasonable price and close to the waterfront dining precinct and the city shopping. Would stay here again.

The front desk girls are not very nice at all. They need to learn customer service. The Indian girl was rude n not helpful. The shower has no hot water. I have to turn it on 5 minutes and somewhat there’s warm water then back to cold water. The location is great otherwise , worst front desk people.

Location was perfect. Booked a day trip to Green Island, the marina was just across the road, easy walk to casino and esplanade. Walked to Cairns Central, took around 10 mins. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. I would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

Disappointing
First room was very noisy due to restaurant extractor. Pool really noisy as same side. Moved room which was street front but better. Single glazing. Comfy bed. We did have people enter our room about 10pm while we were sleeping which gave us a shock. Not their fault, they’d been given keys. Overall we had a disappointing stay.

Great location. Walking distance from the Kuranda Scenic railway station and the boat rides to the Great barrier reef. Also walking distance from the Cairns city center. Lots of great dining options close by. The hotel offered a hot breakfast for a very low price for guests. Great views of the ocean from the hotel room balcony. Had a great experience.
