Clean, spacious, modern fixtures, complete amenities, strong water pressure, big tv. Concerned about the Slippery floor in the room (tile area) and at the lobby. The access to the swimming pool near the elevators and lobby is not ideal. The floor is wet and slippery. The garbage can at the lobby under the water dispenser was overflowing and there were dirty dishes left in the sitting area while the staff was laughing and talking at the counter. Not a pleasant sight.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel was very busy during our stay and parking and use of the pool/hot tub was difficult. The hotel is well located with an excellent selection of restaurants nearby and easy access to Deerfoot Trail.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a disappointing experience. I arrived at the hotel around 6:45 to 7:00 PM, and there was only one receptionist on duty—a young woman with a boy cut blonde hairstyle. She was busy chatting on her phone and didn’t acknowledge my presence for about four minutes. When she finally noticed me, she rudely asked for my ID, even though they were already placed in front of her. Her unprofessional behavior and lack of courtesy were quite frustrating. To make matters worse, the room and washroom I was assigned were not properly cleaned. It seemed like the room had been used before my arrival, and the washroom was visibly unclean. Overall, the service and cleanliness were far below what I expected from a hotel like Holiday Inn.

Dark room, next to parking structure, couldn't open curtain for the whole stay. Felt like being in a basement room. Also noisy because of approximity to the lobby, restrooms,ice machine,foot traffic, vending machine; Couldnt get rest. 8 year old charged full breakfast price 20.95 who had a bowl of cheerios. Aweful rude front desk and restaurant workers.
