This is not a luxury hotel, but it’s great for business, and close Malibu.

Overnight staff was not friendly nor helpful. Property is old and run down. AC took 20 min to cool down and in the evening, the jacuzzi turned on by itself and was very noisy. Would not recommend this property

We stayed in a suit and we got a room that looked like it was still under contraction. It was limited to the accommodation I’m use to getting with a suite room. There was a sink in the corner of the room that was dirty as well as Half repaired wall holes. The windows look like they haven’t been clean for a while and the room was just off for a suite. I would say we got a room that was still under construction

The shower had ants crawling out when the water was turned on, somebody's long hair in the sheets, stains in the bathroom sink that seemed suspect but maybe somebody died their hair in the sink and hair dye was the stain. The advertised morning breakfast was an apple and chewey granola bar...coffee too. Such a "breakfast" is an insult. Dont advertise an apple and chewy granolla bar as a breakfast, that's misleading and totally absurd. The staff was great, wonderful to interact with. No, I did not report the sub standard issues because quality assurance and control is not my job at the hotel. No, I did not report while I was there so the "staff can make it right", because once again, quality control is not my job nor responsibility. QC should be managed by the property owner/operator. Will I return? No way, I'm staying elsewhere tonight.

Unfortunately, there was not much to like. It is a very old hotel that has not been kept up well. The unit I was in smelled very musty. The carpet was horrible and the bathroom was in bad shape. We did like the pool. However, the area around the pool was filthy, as was the furniture.

Don't Expect Much!
The people who run this hotel do not know the first thing about "hosting guests" at their establishment. There was no ice bucket and no working ice machine on our side of the complex. When asking for an ice bucket at the office I was given a plastic trash can liner. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. There was some type of grime on the counter top in the dressing area that had to be manually cleaned by us. The rooms appear worn down, old paint, old fixtures that were showing signs of corrosion. The office was unkempt, with what used to be a breakfast dining area is now a storage room and dirty. Only offerings for breakfast were individually wrapped pastries and poor tasting coffee. There were 2 apples in a basket. No flavored creamers, only basic cream and sugar available, with no napkins in sight to clean up after yourself. A very poor representation of the Wyndham chain of hotels.

It is impossible to checkin early, therefore at checkin time there were 6 people waiting, making it a long wait. Then the room looked like it was falling apart. The baseboards were filthy, brown with either dirt or mold. The paint was chipped off the walls. There were huge areas where it appeared someonebwho didnt know what they were doing tried to do plaster repairs. The sink in the bathroom was chipped and the enamel was worn away. The fixtures in the tub had rust stains around them. The carpet and chair had stains on them, and the furniture was chipped. If i were the manager or owner, i would ashamed to present a room like this for my guests to stay in. It was disgraceful and the only reason i stayed after seeing the room was because i had already paid for it and i couldnt afford the other hotels in the area. Do not stay here

NIGHTMARE IN CAMARILLO
DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING - the ceiling has a blood stain, the carpets were FILTHY!!!! The walls had visible patch work! The SMELL is REPULSIVE and unbearable. The AC hardly had any power. We had to ask to be moved to a second room and that room was just as bad! I blame us for not checking the reviews first. We slept fully clothed with our shoes on and did NOT bother bring down our bags for fear of rodent or bed bug contamination! WORST HOTEL STAY EVER! This hotel listing should be ILLEGAL and taken down ASAP! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Absolutely disgusting. I wish I could share pictures and you would see the state of disrepair and lack of any consideration to those who are staying there. Impossible to get ahold of anyone at the location phone number. Management does not care about the complaints or concerns of the e guests. I had two rooms there on 08/05/2024 and I could not believe the condition and disgust of this place. It should be a less than zero star.

Not what it looks like in photos at all
The worst days inn in my life. I felt like I was in a creepy horror film. It was so old, cracking, dusty, rusty, water not draining, not cleaned well. the walls were really thin too.. the inn is too old and outdated not maintained properly.
