Not a very pleasant stay
The room was not clean and smelled of dust and enclosed space with a bit of dampness. The restroom door wouldn’t lock and the doors were in bad shape, wood rotten towards the bottom and the carpet seemed to not have been vaccumed for quite some time. May be they gave us such a room cause we just stayed overnight !

The beds were comfortable, the bathtub was covered in soap scum, the housekeeper knocked on our door at 8:15 on a Sunday morning… they have no checkout list, only an occupancy list for them, the bathroom lighting is terrible and building maintenance is poor since the AC in both rooms did not work properly; in one room the thermostat did not work and in the other it was very noisy.

It was ok stay. First off I paid for the breakfast and the morning u went to have breakfast they said they were closed. It was 9:30 am and per their website and times, they had breakfast serving up until 11:00 am. It was disappointing as I had paid for the breakfast before hand. Also, in the bedroom there were bugs that had been squished and had been there for who knows how long. The staff was friendly since our arrival. The lobby was clean and well maintained.

The front desk was amazing they were able to accommodate early check in for us as we had to get ready for a wedding. But on the other hand the bed felt like you were sleeping on a rock so we choose to drive home instead, there was just no way to stay comfortable.

We chose this hotel for the location close to the high school while attending a Reunion. There are also good eating options. It can be a little difficult to find the check-in area.

Over-priced and Under-whelmed
Property looks nice but needs upkeep & repairs. Charging $12/day to self park in the open air mall parking lot is just disrespectful. Basics like luggage carts require extensive search of the property to find one of the 4 available. Requiring 75 year old couples to walk three fourths the way around the entire building just to get to the elevator from their room deserves a 30% discount minimum.

We stayed here for a night and the hotel was good for a night’s stay. The staff at the front desk was great and the overall property is fine. The room was spacious and clean. However the bathroom was a different story. There was mold throughout it, peeling paint, and the bottom of the doorframe has rotted away. For a stop over and a good night’s rest, this place did its job.
