Property in the evening was noisy which wasn’t great for having kids trying to sleep before 9pm. Dining options a bit limited since they “fall back” on their buffet but the food at the buffet was gross so that limited what you could eat. Service was hit or miss. Some employees were extraordinary while others made you feel like you were inconveniencing them with a simple order.

This is a beautiful property and not one that overwhelms you. The dining options here offer a variety and they have the guest to restaurant ratio figured out. Often at all-inclusives getting a table can be challenging, but that was not the case here and we really appreciated that. They also have a nice schedule of activities for kids, designed to help traveling families enjoy their time.

This hotel is very toddler/kid and elder people friendly. The property is small Enough for everyone of any level of fitness to stroll around. It was safe, food was decent and the room service was satisfactory. Although when you order you have to specifically request your meal to be hot or it will come cold or room temperature. They cleaned my room twice in a day I cannot complain.I would come back.
