Took my two adult children . We had a great time ! Excellent floor shows. We enjoyed to foods available. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We did not have problems finding places on the beach or near the pool with chairs and/ or sun protection. We noticed that this resort is very much geared towards families with small children, and large family groups . Would not recommend this for a romantic vacation ! We felt very safe staying on the resort. I noticed there were what I suspect to be plainclothes security around the hotel. For transport to and from the airport, just take a taxi which is about $35. No advantage in taking a private car. After going through customs, I would avoid the long series of vendors looking for time share customers . Great vacation!

Considering the amount we paid, it wasn’t justifiable. What upset us the most was that our room smelled like sewage. We requested multiple times to have it changed, but they didn’t do so. They only came a few times and sprayed air freshener.

I gave 4 stars because of check in and food. The hotel is great! Location is perfect, in the Cancun downtown. Service is perfect! Room service is 24 hours. The beach is also great. I don’t like food. There was always the line for breakfast. For me the food wasn’t delicious. We were in Steakhouse and waiting about for 1 hour for our order. The seafood restaurant food was mediocre. The check in was very strange. Once we arrived late at 9:30pm we asked the check in lady where can we have a dinner. And she sent us to the wrong direction on the 4 th floor to the conference hall and said that the buffet restaurant would not let us in because it’s already 9:50 pm. For those who arrives late just be aware that the buffet on the 1 st floor open until 10:30pm and they will let you in until 10:10pm for sure!
