My family and I stayed at this resort for a week. The staff were friendly and attentive at all the pool bars, restaurants, shops and even those driving the golf carts. The Italian restaurant Trattoria was def our favorite. My kids loved the food and i particularly loved their expresso martinis. There was entertainment at the pools and at night. What we felt was missing was more entertainment activities such as silent discos, live music because there was times we didn’t have much to do after the family shows. It was pretty quiet

The property is immaculate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Transportation on the property was by easy access shuttle including shuttles to the sister property. There were some very minor inconsistencies in service levels however we were there over a very busy holiday season. Clean, clean, clean. We would recommend to other travellers.

We do not recommend this property as it is not worth the money. With just a day of rain, our room was fully flooded. This was not limited to our room and an indication of larger problem as there were other rooms with leakage. Long lines to get food or coffee. Substandard quality of food and restaurants. My daughter fell sick and kids from other families we traveled with all fell sick. Finally. Very few vegetarian options.

Property was well maintained , beach is ok . Food quality and options are better. Overall service is where improvement is needed. Customer service is missing at resort and faced lac of customer support during multiple instances during the stay. After paying all inclusive prices resort try to upsale every moment which was also frtustrating.

My son aged 7 absolutely loved the kids club ( playroom) said it’s the best one he’s ever been too. The staff are excellent. We also loved the jacuzzi, the hammock, the pool and the gym. We had a great stay!
