August 2024 was our second visit to OCT. Our previous trip was in December 2018. Once again, we had a fantastic vacation and highly recommend this resort. Both times we opted for the Privilege upgrade. Check-in/Check-Out: Both processes were smooth. We arrived around 1PM. The lobby is open air so there is no AC. Of course, in August this can get quite hot but we didn’t spend very much time here. Once we were checked in, Alberto, our concierge, took us to the Privilege lounge for lunch and took this time to discuss what our plans were for the week and set up our dinner reservations. Our room was ready well before 3PM and our luggage awaited us in our room. Alberto is the best; he would text us and find us around the pool daily to make sure that we had everything we needed. He also set up the Mayan dinner and spa appointments with a quick text. Room: We were in building 2, room 2302 in the El Beso section and had one of the updated rooms. It was very comfortable for two people. Some things could use a refresh (the sink and couch had some noticeable stains) but in general, it was very comfortable. The safe worked well. There is an abundance of closet space. The balcony and bed were very comfortable. The TV and fridge worked without any issues. The fridge was restocked daily with plenty of water, sodas and alcohol. We had no issues with the AC or the fan, which was a blessing since it was very hot in August. The maid service was excellent and the room was refreshed daily and prom

Best hotel I have been too, first trip with my kids and they had a blast every day spent here from the food, activities for both kids and adults, room service, housekeeping, hosts both adults, family with kids, family without kids, teens, shows with the daisy team led by Jorge, Karla, Amanda, Angie, Elizabeth, entertainment team (blue team) Dj Raymundo, flash, Daphne, Francisco, Mamacita, waiters: Jasmine, Raul, Antonio, Henri, Gustavo, front desk: Roberto, Beth greeting guys, Lenin, pool guard always looking out for everyone Norwego (from Argentina ) not forgetting the chef Abdani makes sure everybody enjoys what they make and/if/or any changes can be made. Thanks Karla for accommodating us having them watch our 2 year old so we could go to the Cenote, I will for sure come back here. I give this place a 10/10.

Our stay at Ocean Coral and Turquesa was truly exceptional. The Blue Moon Fine Dining restaurant impressed us with its exquisite cuisine, and our servers Aurelio, Alan, and Isaac provided outstanding service, making every meal memorable. At Girasoles, the traditional Mexican dishes were a delightful experience. Unfortunately, we can’t recall our servers name but he recommended incredible dishes. The entertainment was equally remarkable, with Jesus and Angel leading fun drink tasting including Tequila, Mojitos, and Margaritas. While Chef Andrea's guacamole and ceviche tasting was a highlight of our culinary journey. Lastly, we were able to enjoy the Videomapping culinary experience. Where technical art and gastronomy unite to generate a unique sensory experience. Special thanks to our servers Arturo, Carlos, and Alan This all-inclusive resort in Puerto Morelos exceeded our expectations, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and enjoyment.

I recently stayed at Ocean Coral & Turquesa All Inclusive and for a much-anticipated getaway, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a series of issues that left me feeling dissatisfied. First and foremost, the air conditioning unit in my room was leaking water from the moment I checked in. It took four days for maintenance to address the issue, which not only created a disjointed atmosphere but also made me question the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards of the resort. Additionally, I was excited to dine at both the Brazilian and Italian restaurants on-site, but I ended up leaving both venues disappointed. The service was lackluster, and the meals fell short of the expectations set by the resort’s marketing. The Brazilian steakhouse lacked the flavor and variety I had anticipated, and the Italian restaurant’s dishes were bland, lacking the warmth and richness typically associated with Italian cuisine. Upon check-out, I expected some form of acknowledgment regarding my stay, particularly given the issues I encountered. Instead, no one inquired about my experience, which left me feeling undervalued as a guest. It was disheartening to think that my concerns had gone unnoticed and that the staff exhibited such a lack of engagement. Overall, I had hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, but the combination of a malfunctioning air conditioner, underwhelming dining options, and a lack of attention from the staff left much to be desired. The ventilation in lobby area was poor annd extremely hot. Definitely needs Air conditioning or fans throughout the hotel. Super clean and well maintained. The food & cocktails phenomenal!. Bartenders on point, attentive, welcoming, polite and friendly. Especially Carlos & Gustavo. Waiters and waitresses at the buffet restaurant were not as enthusiastic and engaging . We were assigned the wrong room and had to request another one. The street to go into the property is not kept and and has poor light illumination. The restaurants staff were not accommodating and not friendly, except for one restaurant which turn around the experience for us. Villa Marina Restaurant. Pool did not look really clean.

Property was sub par. Food was alright. Had issues with our room, so they upgraded us to a room with no hot water. Constantly being bothered to upsell us. Staff was hit or miss for service. Beach was disappointing.

Definitely the way it has been advertised. It's not. Unfortunately. We had very bad experience with the pools. They were always dirty in the 4 days that you were there. There was no really good staffing to help you get drinks or order anything in pool area. They limited hours is definitely more than limited hours. There are specific times that you cannot even find a towel there. There is no staff to hand you towels or station that you can pick it up. I personally do not recommend going there. If you're looking for some very good experience, it's probably just good or fair. You just need to know the lobby is all open. It's very hot and humid. They're always exposed to the weather. There's no air conditioning there
