Would have been a much better experience if there were efforts made to reduce smoquitos near the pool area in the evenings, due to the number unable to enjoy the beautiful setting. Second, offer more local food options up near the pool area, The menu remained the same and very limited. Third, offer coffee and pan dulce in the late afternoons.

Great hotel, big rooms with a big TV and cable. Confortable beds. The breakfast is good and it’s included Polite staff The swimming pool it’s on the rooftop, it’s OK but is not that great to spend a few hours in that area. It’s small. Definitely a great option vs the price per night!!

We had a little confrontation with the lobby manger. He did not help us have a smoothly check in because he made us go to a computer and print a 9 years old ID. Something that he could easily do it since it was their computer. I believe he needs more costumer service training. About the hotel. It’s a new and nice hotel, everything is working, rooms comfortable

The rooftop restaurant and pool were amazing! Great views!! We loved the room, too. My kids and I were so impressed and had a wonderful time. It was the last day of our trip and the perfect way to end.

Near Cancun airport
Staff was super helpful. Close to airport. Was on second floor so no water or partial water view like promised but space was comfortable so didn't move. Breakfast was good selection.

The management and Eliel. Very unreasonably and extremely deceiving. Always trying to get money for "early check-in". No empathy for weary travelers. Very unsavory and grossly managed. I ended up driving to to anothrr Hotel. These people are in a very low frequency. I. Never returning there again. Theu can keep the money.
