UPON CHECKING IN- MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WHAT YOU BOOK

I booked for King size bed, ocean view, with $20 F&B credit but didn’t get all that. Instead, I was given a room that’s way too far from the elevator. Don’t get me, I requested for a room away from the elevator but NOT WAY too far, with 2 full beds and parking/freeway view not to mention the noise coming from all vehicles in the freeway. I called the front desk, given another room but this time next to the elevator, facing the ocean but NO ocean view and still two beds. No one is really paying attention to details and listening to guest. Very disappointed but I’m here to relax but I see how could be ruined by things like this. I wish I’d get portion I paid for the view and king size bed

Place is nice but definetely needs cleanning. floors on hallways need to be vaccuumed and rooms need additional cleanning seems like they do not have enough staff. Our shower needed some good cleanning , we did't take our sandals off and disnt walked barefoot.

The cleaning lady didnt clean well... even if we didn ask every day she was forgetting to clean leave the garbage and never ever left coffee. The guy for the transaction helios was the best part he was very nice always on-time.

I stayed for the second time and you know it got worse. There is a lack of cleanliness, service, on New Year's Eve the hotel is sad and melancholy))! The breakfasts are very average, the coffee is terrible, the juice is diluted with water! I advise you to do a general cleaning of the hotel, update the furniture, focus on delicious breakfasts and check the quality of the water in the pool! And that's not all, but perhaps that's enough)! Thank you 6, 8 out of 10!
