We've stayed in more than 10 all-inclusive resorts and this was our favorite. There are staff members everywhere and they're helpful and pleasant. They seem to have a nice camaraderie between them as well. So my guess is it's a good place to work. The food was fantastic. They pour call liquor, and our room was beautiful! We will absolutely be back

Clean and well kept property. Lots of pools and eating facilities. Good food and shows, safe and relaxing. Could have a better system for stocking room fridge. Ran out of face cloths on second day and never got another one. Over all .. Great Vacation Place !!!

The entire resort is beautiful and clean. The staff is beyond exceptional and truly takes care of their guests! Very accommodating to food allergies and tons of activities for each age group. We LOVED this property!

Upon arrival to this hotel we were scammed out of 800$!!! We were traveling with two other families. Our other friends started checking in first. They wanted to get upgraded to a bigger room, they were told they have just one room available only the following day. They decided to take it. With that they also got the platinum club. Our other friends wanted the same thing, but since there was no bigger rooms available they asked if they can just get the platinum club and how much this would cost, we were told 100$! I asked MULTIPLE times!!! 100$ PER DAY or 100$ the entire stay.. they kept telling us 100$. When it came our time to check in, I asked the lady if we can get the platinum club as well without getting the room upgrade.. and again I asked if it was 100$ per day or the entire stay? We were again told yes, 100$ So we got the platinum… Sitting at the platinum club being told what benefits we will have… I look at the receipt and it says 800$USD!!!!! I ask the guy about it and he just says he doesn’t know anything about the price I need to talk to reception. We go back to the same lady that checked us in and ask her about it. She tells us that that’s how much platinum club costs. I was in shock! Because I asked and asked about the 100$ per day or the entire stay? They were not clear about it. So why did our friends get charged 800$ for a HUGE ROOM with living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and living room plus the platinum club? And we got a standard room?

It's our 2nd time going back to this property since 2018. We usually travel as a group of 12-16 people and this is still our favorite property compared to the other 4-5 star resorts that we have stayed at. The staff is very friendly, and now, with 3 connected resorts, there are plenty of amazing restaurants to choose from. They have the most tender steaks, and the quality of the food from the 24-hour room service is amazing. The location is very central to Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and the airport. We will definitely be back.
