Loved the rock jumping for kids. Ventus ha is where we stayed. Farther from beach but not that far. Didn’t even make it to all the dinner options. Can only book 2 reservations at once. But can go next day to book another 2. So we filled all nights except the first easily. Wish there was a tween club with activities for those tween kids. My kids would have liked a couple hours doing some fun things but felt the kids club was for younger kids which makes sense. Beach is clean. They are raking every day. Severs were great every where. Will return again!

Overall, our stay was very nice. Would definitely stay there again given the chance. Biggest downside was how much noise came through the room door from outside.

The property was ok. If you don’t book a reservation, the only place to eat is an absolute gong show all through the evening. Most of the staff were pleasant however lots of them seem to be annoyed that we were there. We did have items go missing for my room, no one has followed up with us at all. Some of the areas need to be renovated.

The resort is quite spacious and did not feel crowded at any time. The weather was perfect. We enjoyed all of the a-la-carte restaurants and the Mercado de Dolores (food court). Everything was fantastic.

I wish the categories included very good...seems a gap between good and excellent. The facilities were excellent and the staff were excellent. The food was very good. We had no trouble with making reservations. the ambiance in the Italian restaurant was very nice and in comparison all of the restaurants were quite nice. I do wish there was an option for no kids in one restaurant however...kids and poor acoustics did impact a few meals. The beach we enoyed but it is not an expansive deep white sand option. Staff were exceptional and friendly. There was a very decent quality offering in all liquor categories...Centanario tequila...Bacardi rum....Canadian club rye Absolut vodka Tanquery gin and all you had to do was ask. The drinks were definitely better than most all inclusives we have been to. Rooms were clean modern and well tended to... all in all a return to 4.5 stars
