This guest house is set in a quiet location close to the airport, in green natural space. Felhat who owns and runs it is a pleasant, friendly young man who made our stay às comfortable as possible. This is an excellent place to stay if you need no-frills short-stay accommodation. Highly recommended - CN

Got a room with two beds, but quality was poor, but clean so we could rest which was the only good thing about the property. And the host was nice. The bathroom was a wet room, which is fine, but the shower handle was broken, so literally no place to keep the shower head. The sink shelf was so slanted that it was useless and we had no place to keep a toothbrush, toothpaste, or any other toiletries. There was no place to even keep the soap without it sliding and falling off. The hooks in the bathroom were also useless, so there was no place to hang the towel after taking a shower. For the price, I have stayed in much better places. If this is your budget and nothing else in Marmaris can fit, go to Fethiye and fine a similar or more relaxed environment for better accommodations in the same budget range.

At the moment doing some renovation work to restaurant area, but otherwise ok for few nights to see local sights

The staff were outstanding and helpful and welcoming they always greeted with a smile and were happy to answer any questions..i don't know where the bad reviews came from but I loved staying here the rooms were so modern and clean..i fully recommend this hotel thanks you so much

We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive. Simple things like an iron board are also chargeable which was a further let down.
