the place was very clean and quiet. the best part about the place is the staff. every single one of them were very attentive and polite. super nice staff made our stay even better.

The staff are a credit to this establishment and were very friendly and helpful especially when we needed to change rooms. The spa and sauna were grubby- felt a bit icky tbh. Needs a good scrub with bleach. Rooms were clean but for us from the UK like going back to the 1970s. Very expensive for a tired room but its standard for that area

Didn't realize that this property was very dated / aged for the price we paid. I would look at the surrounding hotels such as Canmore inn or North winch who provide better facility for the same price.

Friendly staff, we ended up with a 2 level room (upgrade from our booking). The kitchen was really useful. Lots of restaurants of all $ around the area within walking distance. The drive up to Banff was easy and straightforward. Yes i would recommend this place!

Really enjoyed my stay. Although it is close to the main road and train line, noise was not an issue and it was very relaxing. Easy walking distance to supermarket, hardware stores, coffee places, as well as the downtown area. My only suggestion for improvement would be to update some of the pots and pans in the kitchen of the apartments. Mine were ancient and past their retirement date. Other than that, no complaints. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
