The Hotel overall is really nice. The Christmas spirit in the Hotel was really nice. All the options in the Hotel.

From being hustled for a free “gift” aka timeshare presentation, which I assumed was the VIP perk into no room upgrade, having a card key door that took easily a good 5 minutes to open, and emphasis on quantity not quality of the experience, I would never go back

Hotel muito bom, otimas acomodações, apenas sem isolamento acustico, muito barulho dos corredores e dos demais apartamentos.

I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool.

The property was very nice and new. But there was a lack in service because it was crowded.
