Love the location staff always friendly and welcoming pool and spaand gym very welcome new food menu good chef nose what he is doing goodselection of drinks rooms are always clean (minir decs required) grounds are beautiful cost of £89 Including breakfast excellent vaule for stay

We were told on arrival that the spar pool was not working. Found out from users of the gym that it had been broken for weeks. We would not have booked if we knew this. Completely spoiled the stay. Staff were good but overall average at best. Will not revisit.

Lovely stay. We had dinner however steak was over done and fatty. The sweet potatoes weren't cooked properly and hard. The room was amazing and the breakfast was brill.

Average service in a beautiful, but tired hotel
Staff on reception were excellent. Bar staff were mixed. On our first night they had run out of nearly all meat dishes which we weren’t told about until we had tried to order . The room decor was rather tired. For service in the bar we frequently had to knock on the back door to get staff out to the bar. Sadly we don’t think we will be returning despite us visiting that area frequently.

I booked a fancy double room, but because of my boyfriend who doesn't like the framed bed, we changed it for superior room (3 bed places). Somewhere nearby was a child and we could hear EVERYTHING. CRYING, TALKING, WALKING. That room wasn't soundproof at all. The breakfast was usual, not tasty. But swimming pool and sauna were very good 👍. The depth of the pool is 1.3-1.5 m.

Rooms were basic bathroom in need of improvement silicone sealant very poor black mould which there is no need of this can be controlled by cleaners using vitality spray cleaner,flooring badly fitted. Leisure facilities were very good staff very friendly pleasant location.
