For me, for a B&B it's the small things that matter. Breakfast was good, both days we were there, and the room was turned down in preparation of our arrival. There was a car show in town, so accommodations were limited in the area. Also, our plans changed where additional people were coming and the remaining rooms at the Fallen Tree were booked so we had to pay an additional fee for another person. Again, for me a B&B is about comfort, ambiance and quaintness. Otherwise, a Hilton is more predictable at the same price or less.
