This establishment requires significant renovation and improvement. I find it hard to beleive that they charge a comparable or higher rate to other better hotels. Upon entering our room, we discovered torn carpets, and my son unfortunately stepped on a staple. Furthermore, there was mold in the corner of the bathroom, and the molding around the bathroom door exhibited peculiar orange/brown stains. Although the manager kindly provided us with a different room, it was only marginally better. The air in the room felt stagnant and poorly ventilated, and the windows were non-functional. The hotel's policy states that room service will only be provided upon request or on the third day of the stay. While I initially agreed with this approach, I was inconvenienced by their repeated entry into our room (3 times in 1 day) while my children were sleeping (considering our stay was only for three days). Additionally, they called our room twice asking the same question. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not consider returning in the future.
