Pro: 12 min drive to Carlsbad Caverns. Enough parking available and close to gas station and gift store. Spacious room. Con: Water was leaking from the bathroom sink. Bathtub was getting filled with sewage water when the toilet flush was operated. Poor sanitation.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Our main complaint was there was a constant banging sound in our room. We thought it was a washing machine the first night, but when we asked staff the next day, they said they aware of the noise but not sure what it is. The laundry services were nowhere near our room, it wasn’t related to wind, and when the power went out at the hotel, the noise was still there. It woke us up, ans well ans our toddler, multiple times. Also, our tv really only got 1 station. The included breakfast was a to go cereal and whole milk. The hotel is a great location to Carlsbad NP and Guadalupe NP, but there is no evening restaurants for almost 30 minutes. The one restaurant near the hotel was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there, and they are not open for dinner. The “grocery store” across the street was very over priced and also didn’t have a lot of options, so we recommend stocking up on food and drinks before you arrive or be prepared to drive back to Carlsbad for food.

The pool was a big highlight with the family! The convenient laundry right in the courtyard was great. Staff was very kind and helpful. Beds were Comfortable too! 👍👍👍

We were very close to Carlsbad Caverns and a straight run to Guadalupe Mountains National Park. The rooms were neat and clean and had all amenities. Parking was sufficient. our trip was in November, so the pool was closed for the season. There are no restaurants within 17 miles from the hotel. Breakfast was packaged cold cereal, oranges and apples, packaged muffins, and coffee (not what we expected). There was one table and 4 chairs for all of the quests. Also, only 3 or 4 English channels worked on the TV, and they weren't major neworks.

Great place to stay when visiting national parks
White's City Cavern Inn was clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. It's location is ideal for visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks. Breakfast included a selection of cereals, muffins and fruit. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was sparse and basic. The cable was non existent but decent WiFi. Fridge and microwave were in the room with a coffee maker and coffee.

A good stay
I booked two seperate rooms at two different times as I wasnt sure on our plans. When we arrived they had already made sure our rooms were connected which made it work so much better for our famiky. The rooms were clean and very close to the national park. The pool and slide were closed for the season but looked like a really fun addition for summer travels. Breakfast was a simple cereal and milk juice coffee but they had a large selection and worked well for what we needed.

I checked out of this property due to finding a bed bug. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude regarding this matter and in general. She offered not assistance or hospitalality and instead was curt and unsympathetic. I asked her about the charge when I arrived and she shrugged that she did not know. I wanted to make sure that I was not double charged for the stay. I also found my room outdated, uncozy, creepy, and not completely clean up on arrival. I found a spider and a couple ants, but let this go. When I saw a bed bug, I immediately checked out. It was on the floor but not doubt there were more and I did not wanting crawling on me or my belongings. This establishment should take this issue more seriously.
