Only issues were dryer doors were held shut with rigged locks. One door is bent so bad staff had to help me get it shut just right to shut. Otherwise this was a very clean hotel. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

1) i automatically downgrade hotels that don’t leave bottled water in the room 2) paper thin walls , i can hear the room next door going to the bathroom while i was in my bed 3) I don’t understand why when a hotel is less than 1/3 full they insist on putting the noisy guests in the room immediately next door

The staff was very pleasant, friendly & helpful. The hot tub was ice cold on our first day, but they fixed it on the second day. The pool area had fresh new furniture but the area was dark and in need of repair.The lobby was very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good. The housekeeping staff needs to do better. The room smelled musty. There were cobwebs in the shower with bugs in them and also around the bathroom mirror. When they refreshed our room, they left us NO towels. The furniture near the elevator on the 3rd floor is filthy and old. The bed was comfortable and sheets were soft and clean. Nice selection of pillows. Walls are very thin-could hear complete conversation in next room.

The “king suite” that I paid extra for, had mold in the bathroom, stains on the walls, and a faint smell of mildew throughout. Room was very outdated. Not worth the money.
