Pet Friendly Accommodation in Cebu Island

Without question, Shangri La delivers the top resort experience in Cebu. Thank you to all the staff, who go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable. We will be back!

The staff was excellent! Our room cleaner his name was John and he was excellent and made sure that we had everything we needed!

Staff were pleasant, very friendly, and respectful. The Business Class Lounge staff, especially Jun and his colleagues were very attentive to our needs during our snack time and breakfast. The hotel is also right across the street from SM Mall, with lots of food options. Great stay overall!

My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 days/2 nights. I wish I would have stayed longer because the staff really works hard to make sure everything is perfect! We chose to eat breakfast there the first morning and we were greeted with smiles and willing faces. The food was great as well, and right before we finished, we were offered wellness shots (watermelon juice and a few others) and that completed an amazing morning. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Cebu. It’s clean, spacious, quiet, and relaxing. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Cebu in the future.

That a beautiful place

Needed a hotel for a one-night stay in Cebu before heading back to Manila and Citadines was a perfect fit. First off, I need to mention that Citadines is a “serviced apartment” style hotel which means that rooms come with more than the usual hotel amenities. The main addition is a kitchen and pantry area complete with cookware and utensils. The basic amenities are all present and correct. The hotel is fairly new and it shows in the condition of the rooms and building in general. We did have an issue with the shower in our room having a very slow drain. First-timers might find the hotel's layout a bit confusing in that the hotel itself is just part of a high-rise multi-use skyscraper in the heart of downtown Cebu. What looks like reception is actually a concierge desk for arranging tours and activities – the actual reception is in the hotel lobby which is all the way up on the 9th floor. From the 9th floor up of the building is the actual Citadines hotel itself. The aforementioned pool was an ample size and wonderful to be in, whether just relaxing or turning laps. It does get a bit chilly though exposed to the wind at that height. Breakfast was an excellent buffet. Room service isn't available from the hotel per se but they do inform you of an app that's available for delivery via a co-branded service. Service from the staff was above average. Location-wise the hotel was in a good spot in the heart of Cebu City. Overall, we had a great stay.
