A solid place to stay if youre seeing a show in bridgeport. About a $40 ride each way.

Checking in they tried to give me a lesser room as they said they were booked solid. After I showed them my receipt and complained , miraculously they had the room I booked. The hotel is very old and dated. Rooms were old. Room service never cleaned the room or provided new towels. No minibar, no safe.

Loved this place!! We’ve stayed in a lot of HILTON GARDEN INNs, but this one was really especially nice. The only complaint had was about the shower… they put the shower head at the wrong end of the shower, so that when you entered the shower and turned it in you were hit in the face with cold water!! Just thought it strange. Otherwise, great place.

Whole place needs renovation. Evidence of mildew. Breakfast was buffet style, not good and overpriced. Stayed 3 nights and on first night informed the front desk that the toilet was running. Was still running when we left.
