What an incredibly great hotel. Very friendly staff and extremely clean home. Have never stay in a TRU before but was totally delighted with everything!!Will most definitely stay at one again.

After a few days on the road we were pleasantly surprised by the Tru by Hilton. The staff was wonderful, it was very clean, smelled good and was reasonably priced. Free breakfast and parking were also bonuses. 10/10 would stay again

It was really new and nice but the front desk clerk was clueless when I asked about dining options nearby. She tried to send me to another part of town when there were many options right down the street. Could have googled but wanted a local perspective.

Don’t recommend staying here
No one was at the desk for a while when we arrived at 2 a.m. when the man did show up, he told us he had already checked us in. He was rude and short with us. The next morning when we tried to buy a drink the employee was outside smoking and we had to wait again. Beds are so uncomfortable and the air conditioning felt wet.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel has lots going on with free breakfast, complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby and a pool table! It’s a cool and fun atmosphere! Our only gripes are that the room is small, which isn’t a huge deal but the bed is VERY uncomfortable, the pillows are flat and the blanket is so thin. You can feel the springs in bed when laying down and the pillows are just terrible.
