I would say Valet could be a bit quicker. Me and my husband waited at least 25 mins for our car to be pulled from the garage. Even after calling for our car prior to going down to the main lobby.

Beautiful hotel, friendly front desk staff and friendly valet staff. We were stunned that we were able to check in early since we were night 2 of a concert at the Bank of America Stadium. The stadium was a short easy walk. Only downfall was when we arrived back to our room around midnight the AC had not been working and our room was hot. They quickly sent a technician up to our room but didn’t have a solution to fix it. The staff did what they could to accommodate us & we really appreciated that although we didn’t sleep the best due to no AC. The hotel was very clean, bed & pillows were comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Charlotte located downtown and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a modern, inviting lobby that set the tone for my stay. Location: The hotel’s location is unbeatable! Nestled right in the heart of downtown, I was just steps away from fantastic restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and cultural attractions like NASCAR Hall of Fame and the BOA stadium which is why I was in town - to see the Falcons play the panthers. I loved being able to explore the city on foot. Accommodations: The room was spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I particularly appreciated the large windows that offered stunning views of the skyline—perfect for enjoying my morning coffee! Service: The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the front desk team, who provided great recommendations, to the housekeeping staff, who were always friendly and accommodating, I felt genuinely welcomed throughout my visit. Overall Experience: Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, you need to stay here. Plus they have 3 dynamic restaurants in the hotel plus a spa. I did not have time to experience everything. On the next trip, God willing!

Everything about this property was great, except the bed (mattress) and bedding. I opted to sleep on the couch the second night because the mattress is so hard. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Making my hip hurt the next day. And the bedding felt like plastic. Honestly the uncomfortable bed made me want to go home as soon as possible.

The hotel is in walking distance to so much Charlotte has to offer. Excellent dining options on site including a pool bar with food offerings. Rooms are quiet and clean with awesome views of the city. Spa services were great too
