Air con - leaked all over floor Dishwasher - out of order Laundry facilities- only washing machine, no dryer Windows - opened with no way to lock with children 2 storeys up. Door - no internal lock as safety for children Front desk - denied association with Wotif. Said items would be fixed. Not done.

Was good to find a place with late bookings and the area is nice but the accommodation is a bit run down and need some attention, the staff needed some deodorant as it left a bad image on arrival. All and all served it’s purpose

Really poor communication. Was closed on arrival and had to call a reception member to let us in. When trying to pay for our parking their eftpos machine wouldn’t work and paid cash however they were unhappy that I didn’t have exact change. Very poor attitude about the whole situation and I felt as though the whole experience was handled poorly. Only 1 key for 4 people. No one at reception on check out so we just left the key in the room. Was cheap and did the job for the purpose of the booking however will probably not be staying again.

Excellent location, economical, and highly supportive staff. But keep in mind that this is a cheap motel-ish accommodation targeted at people wanting to reduce their costs. So, expect narrow shower areas, limited storage/plug points, average beds, limited room service, etc. that come with the territory.

Great location in the city centre area. Plenty of food options, nice small balcony to watch the street activity, close to trams, easy to find, easy in/out of building, felt secure/safe, very spacious unit, could feel the city vibe.

The location was great. There were multiple issues with keys, parking, lack of bedding provided for the fold out bed even when we had booked for our child. No power outlets in the kitchen or bathroom. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Very secure, requiring card access in 4 locations. Good view. Clean apartment. Location excellent. Would stay again but only if the following were rectified: It's reasonable to expect cooking equipment and utensils would be available for a 7 night stay that was advertised as having a two burner stove and microwave. Only cooking equipment provided was a small frying pan and a saucepan with unstable handle. Only utensil equipment provided was an egg flip. No chopping board or knife to prepare food. No tea-towel and only 1 fork provided. Exhaust fan over hotplates didn't work. Fridge door had only a top drawer. Fridge was set on 4/8 but everything froze. No kitchen sink plug or bathroom vanity plug. No washing powder provided for washing machine. There was a clothes airer but no clothes dryer. Suggestions for improvement were written down and handed to reception.

A typical inner city apartment. Was suprisingly spacious. Amazing location wirh good and groceries nearby. The staff were great. Very helpful.

NO LINEN FOR THE FOLD OUT BED! AFTER LOOKING FOR OVER AN HOUR WE HAD TO SLEEP WITH NO COVERS. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. WE CLEARLY COMMUNICATED THERE ARE 6 PEOPLE! COMPLETELY RUINED OUR STAY. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT? IT'S JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH. TO SAY WE ARE UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!

Room was just very used, chewing gum stuck in the carpets, walls disgusting and the blinds had filth all over them when you pulled them down. Bed was rock hard.
