Greeted by a smiling staff during check-in. Fast check-in. Clean rooms. Great location! The only drawback is if you have luggages and your room is on the 2nd floor, you will have to walk up the staircase.

This hotel is nearby shopping areas, a mall , it's walkable, downtown is not too far, but definitively it's better to take some kind of transportation to visit downtown and then you can walk around!!! Fantastic!!!

Stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 4. Chose yo use Charlottetown as a home base as we had never been to the Island before. With a vehicle, location is good. Close to main roads, minutes from downtown, close up stores. Inn had been recently renovated. Breakfast was provided and while busy, provider good options for breakfast. The thing that stood out the most was how hard they worked to keep everything clean. Someone was always cleaning- windows, floors, stairs. Our room was cleaned every day while we were out, which is not typical in a lot of hotels anymore. One person walked through the inn in dirty boots and immediately someone was cleaning the floors. Kudos to the staff for how hard they work!!

Convenient location with attentive staff. The bathroom could do with some updating as the shower/tap faucet worked at the same time a d the shower wasn’t able to fully flow. Good breakfast as well and easy parking. It’s not a fancy place but it met all our needs. Would stay again.

Nice hotel. Did not see an elevator (my spouse has walking issue) and we had to use stairs. If elevator available, please list under amenities or have staff mention it upon check-in. WIFI code in key card folder - many thanks. Free breakfast advertised but we did not use facilities. Many thanks.
