Great deal for the price!
We ended up staying a second night because we were comfortable there & not feeling well. Great room for the price. Could use some upgrades but for the most part it was very nice with friendly staff. Comfy bed w/good pillows.

The property was under construction outside and our room was not controlled properly with temperature so sheets felt wet. The room was not very clean either.

Checked in after 8pm, and I had 2 rooms. First had the noisiest AC possible, and it was already on, so the crew that cleaned the room must have heard it but did nothing. The nonstop running fridge (we didnt even use it) was very loud as well. Molding coming off the walls in several spots, along with MOLD on the ceiling in the bathroom and sticky floors highlighted the general dirtiness. Even simple things like dirty tape on the remote control to hold batteries in just showed a poor quality to the rooms. Second room was missing the remote, the do not disturb sign, and had food in stained couch, along with chips and other dirt behind it. One of the comforters had a weird stain on it. Thin walls were not enough to keep sounds of neighbors amorous activities from waking us up in the middle of the night. All of this for a premium surge price due to homecoming weekend.

Room had a very distinct (not-nice) smell when you opened the door. After being there a while, we seemed not to notice, but every time we came in/out we could smell it. Also, the sheets on my bed had stains on them; I believe they were clean, just a stain. I asked for them to be changed out, was told they would be, but they did not.

Carpet everywhere was filthy with visible stains. Paint everywhere was shabby and old and chipped. Room didn't have a hair dryer. Bathroom fan was loud and grinding. The breakfast didn't include any proteins. If I had paid 1/3 of the price, I would still have been disgusted and disappointed.

Room spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. Public areas need some TLC- dirty carpets. Breakfast adequate but missing hot food options except waffles. Soap containers in shower and public areas were empty. Outside undergoing renovations.
