Bad experience.
Terrible experience. Price was double for events happening in the area but the hot tub was not working. The beds and pillows were cheap and very uncomfortable. I would not stay again.

We stayed in a themed suite. The room, like the rest of the facility, was spacious. The hot tub was closed for maintenance, but our room had a whirlpool. Our room had a balcony with a great view. The facility was clean but could use a good dusting, so it felt like home. 😆

We only stayed one night. The decor is adorable. Bathroom needs updating. Tub drained too slowly while showering and was very small. Toilet flush was weak. Bedroom ceiling fan only has on/off option.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin atmosphere made it feel cozy and relaxing. Very spacious, beds comfortable, and enjoyed the on-site amenities (breakfast and drink token). Pool area was closed for routine maintenance which was noted but area looked very nice.

Pool/hot tub down for maintenance, no notice, no price concession. You pay more for hotels with these amenities, when they are down, they should discount their price. Room service only after 3 nights, that’s ridiculous. Again, if you don’t provide basic services, you should give notice before booking and discount the price. Continental breakfast was good, better than average.

Only thing I was disappointed in was the pool/hot tub being closed when I looked online it was only supposed to be closed through the 25th of September and my stay was the 26th. Not a big deal.
