Food and drinks were over the top expensive!! Tried to get a drink at the poolside bar and was completely ignored by the two people tending the bar. Eventually I just left. Every other place at the hotel and casino I received great service. If you have the money to spend it's a top notch place.

I stayed for a few days and was out of the room early in the morning. It would have been nice for housekeeping to clean the room. They did not.

We were not told during check in process that housekeeping was by request. We called on day 2 to inquire and thats how we found out. We requested for the next day and asked for towels in the meantime and received a sarcastistic trashbag full of all sizes and soaps. The next.day housekeeping waa in the hallway when we left the room for.the day and we asked for them to clean the room. When we returned in the evening it was never done. 5 day stay, no housekeeping. Other fails.. this place is 2 towers separated by a casino with no directions of where to find anything. It would also be nice if there was a centrally located breakfast buffet. It is a casino so they're definitely making their money since no one is winning or drinking.

This is where you want to stay if you're going to Harrah's Casino. It's not Las Vegas but it's the best hotel/resort in the area. There're tons of restaurant/food options, bowling ally, and pool. Best casino resort within driving distance from Atlanta. Definitely opt to valet park unless walking half a mile is appealing (almost made this mistake).

TERRIBLE CHECK IN .. Topok 1 hour 10 mns in line .. tried the kiosk and they would not gve you the key just paper ... so unorganized , only had 3 desk people at primetime .. it was a carnival at check in .... learn from experience do a early check in when possible

Staff was great everyone was helpful and friendly. This hotel charges a daily fee for amenities, like pool, Wi-Fi, and other things. Never had that happen before. Every other hotel those things come as part of staying there. Every casino also offers complementary drinks if you are playing. A simple beer was 6.00.
