I’ve stayed here twice. The front desk agent is always personable and very thorough. The rooms are updated and very nice and there’s a pretty good restaurant that is only a two minute walk. I pass through Cheyenne a couple of times a year and this is where I’ll stay from now one

I'm not sure how this place has maintained or even a trained a high rating. Everything here screams "dated". Beds are not comfortable. The front staircase feels like you're going to fall through and the walls are all paper thin. Add in that the HVAC units sounds like a jet engine on its last legs, you get the idea that their idea of updated is just painting over the age.

We stayed in a single queen size room which was near railroad tracks that bothered my husband but not me. The staff was friendly, the room clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed making waffles for breakfast.

Great Room!
The staff are amazing. They helped me every way possible. My truck broke down and was having a horrible day and the folks there really helped me with a fast, easy check-in and a smiling face. The room was amazing. Very comfortable and I had the best sleep I've had in a long time. I will stay here any time I'm in town.
