Hotel condition overall OK, but pool need a serious renovation! A lot of tiles missing.. But for the price it’s still worth a stay. Location is good, Service excellent....just the pool that does not live up to the hotel’s standard and 5 star rating

No negative issues. Staff professional and efficient. Place spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast good with catering for variety of tastes. Possibly the only negative is that the place will need refurbishment in the near future, however nothing at this time spoils one’s enjoyment.

most disappointing at Dusit Princess Hotel cannot fix simple television clarity. Need better management in keeping things in working condition. Staff are very polite and pleasing to the guest.

Very good location ..night market just infront of our hotel. Many interesting eating places around the hotel. We even found best Khao Soi (one of most popular chiang mai food) abour one block of our hotel.

Property was old, dated and worn out. We had a two bedroom suite, #810 all three TV’s were terrible and barely viewable. Room staff were nice and timely, lobby staff no help at all. NO HOTEL POINTS when rooms booked via any third party, I prepaid for the trip, 13 nights; only stayed two and went over to Marriott’s Le Meridien around the corner, they were amazing.

Very helpful staff, nice breakfast and excellent location, very central. The only problem was the shower... there was no door for it, so everytime we took a shower the whole bathroom was flooded.

Good for being near Night Market. Hotel had an unpleasant smell in hallways. Nice looking pool but didn’t get a chance to use it. Good breakfast.
