This was my first time booking a hotel just for me and I’m so glad I went with Club Quarters. I enjoyed the fact that I was able to reserve the room and pay when I got there. The location was perfect and I walked everywhere surrounding the hotel. It was in the heart of the city and whenever I do come back to Chicago, I would love to stay here again.

Great location, missing few things!
Everything was great except that this hotel doesn't have a minibar (fridge). So if you are a fan of drinking cold water or beverages, it will be a problem. I really hope that the hotel management considers adding this important appliances to the room amenities

Perfect spot in the city of Chicago. Wacker Drive along the Chicago River, just gorgeous. Short walk to Michigan Avenue and State Street. River North businesses just across the bridge. Staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Will be back.

Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly faces who recognize us from my period two years ago. Nothing better after a long drive and to be greeted so warmly. In today’s day and age of the hustle and bustle of the big city. Be sure to upgrade for parking on the app because it’ll save you at least $100 if you stay for multiple days. The app gives you an option to add parking for $20. When we exited the parking garage we found out we saved $133 in parking fees, which was a great surprise. The second floor coffee area sets this hotel apart. The complementary water bottles and filtered water on each floor is spectacular, especially when it’s the little things you don’t wanna have to worry about when traveling. The beds are comfortable and clean, if you have the ability to upgrade for a view of the river, I would highly recommend. Thank you club quarters, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great value for a really nice hotel. Although our Queen room was small, it was very well designed, and the bed was really comfortable. We also had a beautiful view of the river. A free coffee bar on the second floor and a fitness room were also available. Staff served us promptly when we had a problem with a missing remote. You may need to ask for extra hand and face towels.

The photos catfished us, we checked into the smallest hotel room we’ve ever booked. Quite literately just a bed and a desk. Not even a mini fridge! Thought we were getting room like the photos but instead a closet with a bed. The room is definitely outdated. Rips in the carpet, scuffs on the wall, and a window looking at a brick wall. Pros? Location I suppose, but parking is about an 8 minute walk. Central location to everything downtown.

This hotel was fine but not good value for money. One of the only two elevators for floors 11 was broken for the whole week we were there. We had to wait for a very long time for the elevator or take the stairs from the 20th floor. They only do housekeeping on request and even when you request it some days they didn’t bother showing up. Good location but hotel was quite tired.
