It's a 2 star property. Rooms are pathetic and dirty. Bathrooms didn't have enough space for taking shower comfortably. Only positive of this hotel is it's location.

This is an old Chicago skyscraper. Elevator is kinda slow,room is tiny. Room was very clean though.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful part of downtown for me, everything is very close, you can walk, the area is very safe and the views from the room are really beautiful, the only bad thing is that they do not do room cleaning service daily, not even when requested.

Conveniently located. Clean room with a small fridge. Tv reception was terrible. They need to fix their satellite and also need to update their service so you can stream Netflix or HULU.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The price is reasonable. Unfortunately its all down hill after that. The staff were useless, you check yourself in and out, so why are they getting paid. You have a choice of either parking several blocks away that cost $30 for every in and out of the vehicle or pay $52 for valet service per day with being able to take your car out twice in and out before being charged more. The pillows are the worst i have ever had in a room. We had yo go buy pillows to use or live with stiff necks and headaches all week. The elevators are terrible, it takes 15 min to get the elevator sometimes and with all the room cleaners using the same elevators, sometimes no one can fit and have to wait for it to return.

My room smelled like old feet. The AC cooled, but it was still humid. I stayed there once before, and it wasn’t a good experience. I booked through Expedia and didn’t realize it was the same place side state before. I would not recommend there are no real amenities and the rooms are small, smelly, and outdated. Staff were wonderful.
