Small so called boutique hotel. We were the only guests anf maybe also their first guests... when we came, the lady at the reception looked at us, as we were not on the right place. So we questioned us, if we were in the wrong hotel. Finally she found our pbe and only reservation. The reservation was done via hotel.com with a credit card guarantee.
We at first had to pay, since I hit the wrong button at the credit card machine, the machine declined. The lady was totally puzzled, I explainey her, that she should try again. She started calling and asked us to wait... an older man came and asked in Spanish, what is with my credit card... we had to wait another 10 minutes until finally the manager came, who understood English.
Then the card went through and all got more relaxed..
So finally, we could habe our rooms... breakfast was good, more variety in fruits would be better. No bar at the hotel, but location is very central and great. Overall, the hotel is totally overpriced.
