Lovely House near Downtown, Your Home away from Home!

Cute three bedroom house in the Chico Avenues which is a nice neighborhood. This property is located only a 5 minute walk from downtown, Chico State, or Enloe hospital.

Beautiful living area with a wonderful kitchen that overlooks the dinning room. Dinning room table can seat 8 comfortably along with 2 seats at the bar.

I am a former computer science student at Chico State and am now a software engineer at a local firm. I am happy to socialize when I am around and answer any questions about the area you have.

Everyday between 12am and 4pm there is a possibility that my house cleaner or I will come in to grab a spare set of sheets and towels for the guest house on the property. If this is a problem let me know.

Centrally located in the avenues of Chico

Walking is the easiest way to get to downtown but if you decide to drive it is only a few minutes away.

Quick trip

Nice three bedroom home. We were there for the weekend for a college event. Adam was very helpful and easy to communicate with during the entire process. The only upgrade would be a suggestion to add mirrors in the bedrooms, don't have to wait for the bathroomng ready.

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. We typically stay in a hotel in Chico, however were looking for a more relaxed stay. This filled our needs well. The property manager was very responsive.

Family Thanksgiving

Visited son for Thanksgiving and hosted our family meal. House was so comfortable and spacious. Host was excellent and immediately responded to all questions. Super easy check in. Absolutely no issues with the house. Will definitely stay again!

Cute place

Totally enjoyed our stay, great house, great location! Here for our daughters graduation. Family stayed with us in both the main house and the back studio. Perfect set up. Well equipped. Easy walk to graduation ceremony, downtown restaurants and shops. Thank you Adam for allowing us to enjoy your great house. We probably won’t be back since our daughter graduated but definitely recommend this place. Wish we would have found it sooner!

Very accommodating and convenient

We visited our son's family in Chico. The house is surprisingly large and the sparsely furnished living room worked perfectly for us as a space for kiddos' puzzles, wooden train tracks and sock skating. We enjoyed having a real dining room as 6 of us had several meals together. The location was handy, a pleasant walk to downtown.
