Hotel property is very old. The standard is below 3 star. Can’t sleep well and quietly because I can hear all the TV sounds and noises from neighboring rooms.

We stayed in the old building it’s badly in need of updating . The adult hot spring needs more cleaning carried out when it’s busy.

Bathroom floor in my room had hair and dirt on the floor. Hotel is in major need of renovations considering the extreme cost to stay there. Only one elevator was working leading to very long wait times and half the time the elevator would get to my floor it was already beyond capacity so I would then have to wait even longer.. pools were overfilled with people
