A fantastic stay. Excellent value for money. Comfy sleep. Spacious unit. Air con we could control. 2 sets of blinds, one with a mural that was cool! Tonnes of free parking onsite. ALDI supermarket nearby. Fridge with icebox, microwave and even a dining table to eat dinner and breakfast at. A few unsavory characters around neighbourhood but we drove so unaffected. About 15 min drive to Navy Pier. Would absolutely stay again. Many thanks from New Zealanders.

Where do I begin? I check in and the staff was okay. I go to my room and the room seems to be clean and the mattress felt good, I bring my own blankets and pillows As soon as I lay my head down this couples daughter starts to scream and cry the majority of the night 11 pm, 12, 1. 2 it was as though she was there alone. I called up to the front desk, rings about. 7 tome no answer but they are 24 hours. I got no sleep the 1st night. So, I decided to check out and check back in and they gave me a different room all the way to the back end of the parking lot i had you play with the key in order to get it to open. I walk in and right away I coild tell this was some type of add on room, number 132. Now, remember that #. I spille some water on the floors and used one of there white towels to get it up and the floor was filthy . Long story short I finally lay down by 8 pm early . Not even 45 minutes later I hear all this cussing and arguing for at least 3 hours and then the fights start with people in the next room and some of their company and car skid off I pick up the hotel ohone to call front desk to get security and the phone does not work at all, not even a dial tone The young man saim they had no security and he might come down but he cant promise anything. It was anothet arguement between a couple. That arguement went on from 11 pm until 4 am, needless to say no one ever showed and again I got no sleep AGAIN.ROOM 132 should be where you store the cleaning supples.Never aga

An older facility with quiet charm staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious. Was even asked if I prefered a downstairs room, which I did and they had one ready. Only issue was hot water running low in the evening, but bt Saturday it was a full house. Convienent to everything.Will for sure stay again my next visit!

Too many addicts walking around property people next to my room were noisy woke up at 2 am to banging on the room next door this was at the back of property though the front property seemed better. The staff were friendly.

Overcharged
I was there with my husband, we’ve been there many times before. We got in the room and the bathroom trash can had trash in it, one of the beds was undone (we did not care since we were only going to be there for 3 hours max) room was okay, we ended up checking out 2 and a half hours later, next day I check my online banking and they had charged me $100 dollars extra, I called the hotel and they say the room smelled like someone smoked (mind you We DON’T SMOKE) but the manager or supervisor will call me back, I called next day and the same thing; no one is available to talk to me but Mgr or Supervisor will call me back I called today and the supervisor said she herself supervised the room at 9:45 am (next day) and it smelled like smoke I explained we left that same night we booked the room after listening to so many lies she said I was done and I called my bank to dispute the transaction, I am so disappointed and upset, I mean charge me for what I consume but don’t charge me for someone else’s (we think they rented the room again to someone that smokes and that’s why it smells like smoke). I will never go back!

There was 2 different fights involving gang members outside of my room and a loud party going on inside one of the hotel rooms from 11 am - 4am the next morning. I will never return to this property.
