Worst hotel ever
By far the worst and nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at the first room they put us in wasnt even clean. The second room they put us in was infested with cockroaches. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The lady at front desk said she apologized about the first dirty room but that housekeeping didnt communicate with the front desk. I paid a 100$ for a few hours and it is absolutely a gross nasty hotel. I will never stay in again. If I would have not been so exhausted from traveling i would have asked for a refu d and found a different hotel.

Air conditioning never worked, power off, elevator never worked, no refrigerator in room, key cards did not work, smoke detectors kept going off, the only good thing about the hotel was the staff!!!! Poor girls had to deal with all that and keep a smile. Kudos to them!!! Hotel management should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I had to check in late. They were very cooperative and understanding about that and worked with me. I was able to open my door put my purse and luggage I then left the room to go out to my car and when I came back in the key would not work. I called the front desk and management came right away. They attempted it, something was wrong with the door lock. I ended up waiting just a little bit and someone came up and did a override so I could get my luggage out . Then they switched me rooms right away .Everyone was friendly and the place was very clean. Will stay again.

There was not enough towels for 4 people, the water was standing in the tub after each person shower, the tv channels was not working properly, the power went out & there was no place for our food for over night so we had to throw out whatever we didn't finish & the beds was smaller then the on line pictures the stay could've been better.

This place was perfect for walking into downtown. Close to the capital building, amazing coffee shop, and delightful pubs. She’s an older hotel, but loved the convenience and location so much!

Arrived at 1am, doors were locked, note on door said use key card around back, but i never even checked in. I ended up sleeping in my car in parking lot, becaise i was locked out. And they still charged me! Worst experience ever.

Close to MO state capital and downtown. The room we were placed in initially had no air. Front desk said that we “needed to wait to have maintenance take a look”. We insisted on changing rooms and did get a new room. Why didn’t front desk offer that immediately? Poor customer service. The breakfast buffet was poor. Scrambled eggs with zero flavor. The coffee was great. For 15.00, it was not worth the money. Wait staff were exceptionally kind and professional.
