Very nice place for Clayton. Clean, quiet, and the staff is always nice. Only complaint is that the parking spaces are vary narrow.

Stopped on our way to Denver. We did have a small dog and although it said pet friendly and didn’t make a sound unlike the noise upstairs, it didn’t specify that they would charge extra. The people upstairs walked around all night long and it sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling. The mattress on the bed was cheap and squeaky and we’re not big people at all. The area around the hotel was awful. The hotel for the rate that was charged was NOT worth the stay. Next time we will drive another couple of hours to stay in better accommodations.

Roads were closed into Colorado, so I had to stay in Clayton. I paid $123 with taxes & fees. The room stunk, the carpet looks to be at least 40 years old, the toilet came off the ground when sat on, the water faucet handle came off in my hand when I turned it on, there were stains on the sheets, hair the corners of the bathroom, small pillows. I didnt eat breakfast. I didnt take a shower because it just felt dirty. I paid way too much for a room with all of these issues. I will never stay here again.

We had a really nice room and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was fine. We were on the late side getting there so some items were gone. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again.
