I recently had a disappointing stay at a Hilton hotel where the staff, particularly the front desk manager, Mohamed, failed to address a serious issue. Despite the noise from the elevator area disrupting our sleep at night, Mohamed did not take our concerns seriously and attempted to offer us points as compensation instead of resolving the problem. The lack of effort and courtesy from the staff, especially in customer service, was frustrating and unacceptable. In comparison, I’ve found Marriott properties to be much more attentive and professional. Overall, my experience with Hilton fell short, and I will likely consider other hotel options in the future. Trust me don’t believe the bull especially with the money you are paying for a room per night
