Choose a different hotel

When we arrive on 8/4/25, the restaurant and lobby snack bar were both closed down by the health department. They remained closed down through our stay. The hotel did a haphazard job of trying to mitigate this (bringing in a food truck that served crab cakes and mac and cheese on Monday night, offering shuttle service to other restaurants) - but everything was poorly communicated (only through someone telling you about it as you exited the hotel). The story they were providing (if you asked) was that an inspector found a few fruit fly eggs in the hallway and that's why they were shut down but they'd be "open by 9am tomorrow definitely!" (which didn't happen during out stay). Overall, the hotel has not aged well. It was a very nice place in 1996 when my sister got married there. Today it is a bit run down, there is peeling wallpaper in the halls that is taped down, and an overall musty/moldy smell (although that is common in most Florida beach hotels).

Covering over lobby food place - presumably they were spraying pesticides in there? That does not make me very comfortable especially with my two infant/toddler grandchildren with me.

The tiki bars are outstanding- ive been here twice and will absolutely be back. I have a home in Lakeland, and this hotel is like a tropical vacation just 70 miles away

Worst time

I am a Hilton Honors member (2508066996) on vacation with my family at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Ocean front, there are no restaurant or bars functioning, they were closed to protect public health and safety by the State of Florida Department of Business and proffesional regulations Division of Hotels and Restaurants, this is scarry and unacceptable, there are many employees deep cleaning or desinfecting public areas, while guests are walking around them. They replaced my free breakfast ( an additional payment to Hotels.com) for a coffee and donuts from a gas station (Wawa), tbat was totally unacceptable, I had to take my family for a $60.00 breakfast. My reviews of both Hilton and Hotels.com are not going to be pleasant. Is not fair that we have to stop our vacation day at the beach to go looking for a drink (not able to bring back alcohol) from the outside, same to get a snack or lunch. We consider this vacation completely ruined.

Awkward visit. We normally love this hotel but this visit was not up to standard. Never got room attention from housekeeping in 3 days, got overcharged for parking AND it turns out that every restaurant was closed all week. Not exactly convenient for our stay.

Very convenient! We stayed here before we left for our cruise. Loved that the beach was private and that there were plenty of bars and food places to choose from. Prices are a bit high but worth it
