Our stay was wonderful. The condo was as expected with a Fully loaded kitchen the layout was perfect and the beach was gorgeous. Only suggestion would be to install a keyless entry door lock for convenience.

Perfect for Families
Wonderful beach and beautiful pool. The apartment is spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything perfect and highly recommended. Only thing that was not ok was the cleanliness. Dirty towels behind the doors, dirty rags in the washing machine, dishes dirty and microwave also extremely dirty and therefore we did not use it.

We had a great time at the beach. Location was perfect- not too crowded. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation. There was a great surf shop down the street where we rented surf boards and the kids had a great time.

The property is a great location. Easy to get to and access to the beach just steps away. The condo itself could use a cleaning (dusty vents) and maybe a new washer/dryer (fairly loud, didn’t fit a lot). Overall a good stay.

We visited Cocoa Beach with our son and his family to celebrate our granddaughter’s birthday and to take our grands to the Space Center. Found this unit through VRBO. Pictures looked good and reviews seemed ok so we booked it. Checking in was a breeze. Once we got inside we noticed how dirty the carpets were. I’m not talking about sand, I’m talking about filthy and needing to be replaced! We put one of the rugs for the master bath in the closet it was so bad I didn’t even want to walk on it. The tile grout in both bathrooms needs a good scrub or complete replacement. Very outdated. (I took pictures but guess I can’t post here) Dust on shelves and baseboards throughout. Towels are old and need replaced. Toilet in main bathroom is loose and you need to be careful. I noticed this was mentioned in a previous post so must not be a concern for the owners or managers. We couldn’t get the TV to work. Finally got Netflix but no regular channels. Called the contact given to us, Lisa said ‘oh I don’t have any idea how to work the tv you’re going to have to call the local cable company!’ Some help she was. We tried calling the cable company for hours and could never get an answer. The TVs In the bedrooms only had blu-Ray. Have you ever had grandchildren not want to watch tv? We will not be going back to this unit.

Great Stay
It was nice having three bedrooms. We go to Cocoa Beach often, so we know that some of the buildings are older--that's fine with us as long as they are clean. This unit (Evolve Rental Company) has done a nice job. We felt clean, safe, and informed the whole time. Some stops that we "must" make every trip include: Vargas Cafe in Cape Canaveral (Cuban Sandwiches) and Jazzy's Mainely Lobster for the peel and eat shrimp! This location overlooks the pool and the ocean--both very quickly accessed.

Great location on beach, but needs updating
We liked that the property was steps from the beach. It had sand beach toys and plenty of beach towels. The condo complex is okay with a good pool. The condo itself needs updating. It appears some level of updating is taking place, but more could be done to update the bathrooms and kitchen. The master bedroom looks out over the parking lot. It also has a walkway going past it so you have to keep the blinds closed all the time to prevent people from peeking in. The washer and dryer was convenient, although the washer makes quite the ruckus. It probably needs rebalanced or replaced. The toilet in the main bath does not seem to be attached to the floor. My kids deemed it the rockin’ toilet. The beds were okay. Plenty of fans to help keep the rooms cool. Overall, it was just okay.
