The staff is very courteous and helpful. The manager was very accommodating and helpful. She was cleaning with the staff when I met her. I saw no issues when I stayed with my children.

I liked the Jamaican cleaning lady. She was nice and friendly. The tall, maintenance guy was very rude and unprofessional. The toilet was unstable. Broken items. My last time with them.

This is bare bones for a suite. You'll need to get your own supplies to cook with. Clean and quiet. Great location to use public transit options. Shopping center is steps away with food, clothing, car and other necessities.
