I’d say it’s a 3/5 for me for this property. Staff was ok, the room was mostly clean(there was some hair on the pillows), the bathroom was dirty(bathtub came with stains and hair). The worst part about this hotel are the thin walls. You can hear absolutely everything. The people in the room above us sounded like a herd of elephants…ALL night long.

The beds were comfortable. The room appeared clean. However, upon waking we discovered that there were little black bugs on the coffee station and also in an opened bag chips my daughter had bought the night before. The staff was amazing and super helpful!

Charged a $50 security deposit for first night. My trip got extended so I added a second night the next morning before I checked out and they needed another $50 security deposit for second night. That is just crazy. Now I have $100 of charges on my cc and they still have not been credited off.
