We left with stow away - bed bugs and the room we were in the window was broken. The response when we called we were told that they have a security system and we were ok. They don’t have housekeeping. You can only have a few towels. You can only have 2 pillows per bed. Refrigerator was not the greatest. Basically you are told where the room is but that is the last you hear or see of any hotel staff.

I needed a room for my son and for him it was a 5 star but for me and the price I paid was over exaggerating after I arrived to pick him up but was needed for the situation.

We stayed here for a few nights while evacuating from FL from hurricane Milton and the room was pretty decent, however I don’t know if the floor had ever been mopped. But the rest of the room was clean, they are pet friendly and we had no issues other than the bed being very uncomfortable but for the price we paid, I can’t complain too much. I would stay here again if necessary.

The downtown location was convenient and on a main thoroughfare. During the check-in process the hotel deposit was $50 as noted by Expedia, but I was actually charged $100. I was running late for an appointment, otherwise I'd of exercised some other options.

Horrible experience! If you book here, make sure you walk, walk through the room and take pictures of anything that’s broken! If not, And something is broken, you WILL NOT get your deposit back! Fire alarm was hanging down from ceiling and every time a cigarette was lit, it went off. Apparently alarm went off in room AFTER I had left room and they refused to give me my deposit back cuz I didn’t answer the door for them! How can I answer the door if I am not there! I’d recommend staying at another hotel if I were you.
