Normally a consistent place; however, this trip had broken air conditioners, noisy neighbors at 2am, and broken coffee machine. Great staff but property needs some upkeep.

Nice rooms. The staff needs improvement. I had problems at check-in due to their mistake and was made to feel like it was my fault. The woman in the breakfast area was anything but friendly.

Problem is I booked 3 rooms under the book now pay later. I’ve done this a bunch of times. We do it so once we get to the hotel each person can pay with their own card. I’ve never had a problem until now. My card was charged with all 3 rooms before we even got to the hotel. Now I’m out almost $700 while I wait the 3-5 days for a refund. Super frustrating. I’ve never had a hotel charge me before I even get there. This defeats the whole purpose of book now pay later. Very frustrating.
