Great stay! Very good communication with the property. The room was bright and clean with comfortable bed. Excellent location with all the attractions/restaurants within short walking distance. We absolutely loved this apartment. Our only regret is that we were only here for one night, our last of a three week trip through Italy. It was by far the most beautiful, yet functional flat we had during our entire trip. A bonus was our wonderful check in hostess. She was communicative, informative and very helpful. We hope to stay here again, but for much longer! We loved the proximity to the ferry and train stations. Each of which were a 5-10 minute walk. So many beautiful shops, restaurants, history and architecture in Como and we were in the heart of it all.

Excellent location. 7 min walk from the station and 5 min walk to the lake. Restaurants and shops very close to the apartment.

Great location within 10 mins walk from the Como main station, and short walk to piazza and pier. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only down side is restricted flexibility due to lack of on-site staff. Early checkout by 10am and Checkin before 7pm. Also cannot hold luggage for the day given staff limited availability. Great place to stay otherwise

The place was beautiful, the bed so comfy and the kitchenette was perfect as well. It’s located in a very convenient place, right near the ferries to the other towns, quiet at night, and in the main part of Como. Francesco was extremely helpful and accessible! I would recommend this place to anyone and would go back as well.

We loved our stay here and the area is very safe, even after dark. Shower didn’t drain well initially but we got help immediately after asking and problem was resolved. We were given thorough and excellent recommendations for any advice we asked for.
