Location is superb. Directly opposite Pavillion, next to Fahrenheit. Room is clean, bed is comfortable but pillows are SO flat. Love the corner vanity nook. Body soap dispenser is broken. Only one robe inside. TV channels are very limited and the Chromecast function needed the staff to come and fix it.

I paid for price of 3 pax but they did not even arranged for amenities for 3 pax. Room was not really sound proof as i could gear the children screaming from next door. Even when the bell rang from next door, it felt like the bell rang at my room. Nothing spectacular of a Marriott except for its location. Traffic is very bad in that area.

The location is perfect. Attached to Starhill (Opera Cafe is here), next door to Fahrenheit88. Across the road feom Pavillion. Means its easy to find food! Only the drop off area is crowded All the time.

Our first room had no Wi-Fi connection. We had to change rooms after 4 hours. We had two rooms booked on the same floor for ease of access. We were forced to move to a different floor. It was not what we required. Unfortunately no apologies were made to us for this inconvenience. We found this lack of courtesy strange. Overall The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is very poor. This should be a serious concern of the hotel for its foreign guests. As against this serious blip, the service in the Club Lounge was excellent. Habib and his two colleagues made us feel very welcome. This went some way to compensate for our disappointment.

Attended conference at convention centre. Not the best choice as walking is simply too far and not fully sheltered. Grab must be costly during peak hours despite it being a 5 mins ride. Great stay!
