Great place
Overall the hotel is very comfortable and service was great staff was absolute perfect. However, the room was a little small but, comfortable. The breakfast was good just about everything was there to eat. The hotel is centralized inbthe city closed to the mall that has great choices of store's and foods.

Accommodation was ok, but the rooms need to be re-painted, walls were very dirty and it makes the place look cheap, we called the duty manager to inspect but she said that’s how it is…she was very ignorant not the right type for this industry…sorry to say but all other staff were very helpful

Overall, a good experience. The property is located in the city center and is at a convenient location. Petronas tower is 5-10 mins away. The standard room is very small (expectations based on the room rate), but I had read it before and was prepared. The room has all basic amenities. The breakfast buffet is good with lot of options, but can get very crowded. Two water bottles are provided and extra ones cost you 1 MYR each. The lady who helped us check in / check out was very nice and even provided me a trolley to the room for check out when requested (I was expecting a service boy to do that). But didn't see any friendly smiles while interacting with other staff. I was planning to take the taxi booking service in the hotel, but min rate is 50 MYR one way and 100 MYR per hour for waiting (if you opt for taking the same cab back), which is too much for nearby places where we can go with MYR 10 in Grab. There are couple of eating places nearby as well.

located in downtown KulaLampoor, convenient for everythig.The breakfast was good, dining room was clean and the food had variety. I liked the Late coffee & I had 3 cups everyday. We could order the dinner menu and they prepared it soon. The service desk was very helpful, our room phone was inoperative, but the service desk person came up to our room and woke us up in time for the taxi. I recommend anyone to stay at this Holiday Inn. Keep up the good work guys.
