For my stay in Malaysia, I had to stay close to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center as I was initially in town a conference. I greatly enjoyed my stay with Novotel and have no outstanding complaints! Some of the top highlights for me were the central location, quality of the rooms and service, and cost for a four star stay! All of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and I found the atmosphere to be calm and professional. I would recommend this stay for your trip to Kuala Lumpur.

The swimming pool needs to be improved on. Dining for breakfast menu could be further improved in terms of variety (same menu almost every day). Good service given and property is walkable to Pavillion.

Everything was good, but there is a bit of confusion with the luggage while leaving it with the staff - it takes some time for them to find and identify it. Would probably book the same hotel while staying in Kuala Lumpur.

We were supposwd to have 2 twin sized bed we indicated we were 3 people in the room but the bed can only accomodate 1. We had to push the 2 beds together but it was uncomfortable for the one in the middle. It was in the ads we can have a free futon mattress but it was not available :( but the staff were all courteous and friendly. Which is a good reason enough to stay

Lovely hotel, we will be back!
My family stayed 3 nights in the junior suite and were very impressed with the room and could not fault anything. The location is fantastic and is within short walking distance to all the major shopping malls and tourist attractions.

Nice hotel

What a great hotel in the middle of downtown KL! Our room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, very nice pillows, clean bathroom, free filtered water, and a very helpful staff. It is also steps away from a massive shopping center that has about 100 different options for food - pretty much everything you can think of. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again soon.

Friends vacations.
Great location, just behind Pavilions. Walkable to KLCC, Twin Tower via overhead bridge, and 15 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang, Jalan alor area. Great security cos the lift card only allow u to access to your room level. Nice bed, good shower, with premiums shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, shower gel provided. Enjoy the pool on level 3. Stictly no smoking within hotel permises.
