Worst hotel ever.
It was the worst I’ve ever had. The bed was broken. No room service the maids were upset if I stopped them to service the room. Customer service was so unfriendly and unwelcoming it was horrible. The hotel was nice but very cold and breakfast was horrible not a big selection and they hurried you out. Not kid or pet friendly

We ended up leaving after an hour because the elevator was so loud. We called the front desk and asked to switch rooms but they said they only had availability on the fire floor facing the parking lot. We tried to ignore the sound, but it sounded like a blowhorn going off every few minutes. We then decided to get another room at a different hotel. The person who checked us out was nice. He said they could hear the elevator from the front desk. My concern is that he mentioned the elevators were going to be serviced in 2 weeks. That to me is ridiculous, they should have closed that elevator and only used the one that didn't make noise and called for an emergency service to be done. When the woman who I spoke with wo said there were only rooms on the first floor heard us checking out, she said she could move us to another building. If she had offered us this at the time I inquired about switching rooms we would have stayed. We ended up transferring to The Homewood Suites in Pleasant Hill at 10pm. It was much quieter, cleaner, safer, better amenities, upgrades, and it had an awesome breakfast. I don't think I've ever written a review on here, but the extremely short experience at this particular Clarion was disappointing.

The pictures do not match the rooms. The 1st room had patched walls that were not painted over. The curtains were 80's style and were dirty. There was a gap around the door that was big enough for bugs and you could see the outside. The door handles on the outside were wobbly and did not feel secure. They moved is to a second room that was just the same except the walls were painted.it looked like a motel or travel lodge.We left and got a refund from Expedia not the property and had to find another hotel last minute which cist us more money.We were their for a funeral and it just added to the stress that were already under.

The toilet in the fist room we got was clogged so we had to get another room. on the second room they gave us smell to much to smoke cigarettes so I got asthma attack in the middle of the night.
