Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator was out of service and would not be back up for the foreseeable future. We had to haul our large luggage up two flights of stairs and the stair case was filthy and smelled like vomit the whole weekend. The service desk was very unfriendly and did not seem to care this was a disadvantage for our stay. Would not stay here again.

when checking in was informed the elevator does not work and had not worked for over a month. only rooms available were on 2nd and 3rd floor. for elderly people or people with disabilities this made it very difficult to get upstairs and downstairs especially having to carry luggage. there should have been some kind of notice posted on the website of this inconvenience.

When I booked there was no mention of the elevator being out for over a week. My elder mother has bad knees and struggles to walk neither less walk up flights of stairs. I was unable to get a refund, discount, nor a room on the 1st floor. Only help I recieved was I could park on the side of building the stairs are right inside. Took multiple trips by myself, helping my my mother and small child. Unfortunately, was a one and done for us.
