Two story with 2 full baths on the lake. Tie up your boat 10 feet from the door! Room for Trailer parking onsite. Easy walk into the lake access stairwell. Kitchen has pots, pans, glasses, silverware, stove, microwave and kitchen table with seating for 6 and 3 bar stools. Large patio with outside bar, tables and chairs. Get some sun, relax and watch the boating activities! This is 1 home on 2 waterfront acres. You will be renting the home and have access to our 110 foot long pier on Lake Conroe (see the photos).

There is no fee for parking one boat on our docks. You may park one trailer on the pad site provided included with your Boat Docking spot assignment. For extra boats the boat docking fee is $1.50 per foot per day with a $30 a day minimum and you must arrange for this before your arrival. You can rent a boat lift when available. Inquire with the owner and provide length, width, make and weight to get a quote for daily, weekly or monthly rates.

On-site we have 2 RV pads with 20/30/50 amp electric, free Wi-Fi, water and sewer. Ask for a quote based on the RV's size and number of the RV's visitors. $50 per night up to 35 feet long.

Kayak rentals on-site: We have beginner and intermediate kayaks. Each kayak includes a paddle, a rope and a life vest. Please make reservations in advance to insure availability.

Do you also want to throw an Event for up to 100 guests ?

If you want to have a daytime wedding reception, party or other event outside during your stay there will be additional charges. Contact us for a quote.

We have 2 acres and can accommodate parties of up to 100 day visitors outside with plenty of parking in a concrete parking lot. The fee for this is quoted based on the number of people and special arrangements made by the owner all in advance. Party hours are limited to 10 am to sundown no exceptions. You must book the home with up to 7 overnight guests to reserve the location days and nights and the day party can be added in by dealing directly with the owner or agent/rep in charge.

If this is agreeable we can finalize the details and rent your overnight stay through HomeAway, VRBO or the site that referred you.

We have had weddings, birthdays, holidays and all sorts of celebrations at this property. We can provide services to help you throw the party.

All pets must comply with the following specifications and be approved in advance (documentation from an accredited veterinarian must be provided by Guest to Property Owner upon request):
1. Must be at least 1 year of age or older and less than 50 pounds. No exceptions.
2. Must be spayed or neutered.
3. Cats must be de-clawed.
4. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations, treated for fleas/ticks and all other government required vaccinations.

Directions: Hwy 105 West 7 miles from I-45, turn North to 844 Beach Walk Blvd, Conroe, TX 77304. Right at end of the Cul-de-sac through gate. To the left of our gate entrance is the entrance to Lakeview Marina.
