Overall, this place isn't great. It might have been nice in 1985, but it's really dated. The bed was caved in on one side. The AC worked in the beginning, but then as the night went on, was just blowing cool-ish air.
The door to my room would also stick and it was sometimes hard to get in. I honestly thought I had the wrong room coming back to it one time as it wouldn't open.
The staff? I took the time to do the online check in and provide my vehicle information, as well, as a copy of my driver's license, and my signature. I thought this would speed up the process. When I got there, they still asked me for my DL and wanted me to fill out the information about my vehicle. The whole process still took about 10 minutes. It was hard to hear, because they still have a plexiglass coving the entire front desk from COVID and it's compounded by the sounds of beverage coolers in the lobby.
Then, I went walked to a resturant next door to get breakfast as the provided breakfast area was busy and I didn't feel like waiting a spot. When I got back, the door to my room was open, the lights were on, and my bed was torn apart. I hadn't checked out, yet, but I luckily, I had already taken my belongings. This is like 8:30 in the morning. I was hoping to come back and brush my teeth. The staff need to learn to check people in properly and then when people have actually checked out.
